Federal Employee Car Insurance Why Isn't Their A Federal Severance Law?

Why isn't their a Federal Severance Law? - federal employee car insurance

Seeing tons and tons of companies for their employees, why not a federal declaration of their (non-government) the right of exploitation? Yes, you can be unemployed for about 8 weeks @ only 80% collect their wages, which is not much.

A law that all undertakings (compensation for all employees not just management would require to pay) will be dismissed.

Example:
1 years service == 3 months starting salary (100%) of salary.
2 years service == 4 months severance pay
3-4 years service = 5 months
5 + years of service = 6 months
20 + years of service = 8 months

And after the break was over, if the employee had not found work, they may be entitled to unemployment benefits, and ... Thus, most people can keep their insurance, houses, cars (s), and have less stress, rather than dismissed without anything.

Why is it that the executive receives severance pay? These companies recognize that employees do now? People who work for nothing is the premium end of the operation! And this law would be aOLS fired and dismissed concerns .. Because I recognize the employer as shit are extra. You try to place employees on fire for reasons they find ... In this case, the employer must have a good reason for the termination of layoffs and unemployment challenge. WRITTEN cource and concent of the employee. What do you mean ???????
